Date of Birth: 1 January 1975, Rajshahi
Drummer with the band Parthibo popular in Dhaka 's live circuit Comes from a musical family where his mother and sister are professional musicians. He himself has been trained on the tablas since childhood. Shubho is also adept at other traditional percussion instruments such as the dhol , khol , naal , alongside tumbas, bongos, congas and small percussions instruments (mandira, shakers, tambourines etc.)
Through tabla playing expertise, musical commitments took on a more professional status in 1981 in Rajshahi. In 1995 he was the sessions drummer for the band Sweet Dreams and in July 2005 moved on to form the soft rock band Igneous that later changed its name to Parthibo . Has a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Education from Open University , Bangladesh .Currently working at Ektaar Music.

He has played drums and percussions in their band album Bounduley ( Ó Arshi2005).
As Parthibo's drummer he has played in their recorded tracks showcased in the compilation album Shopnochura 1 ( Ó GSeries 2002)
Played drums in B & H Golden moments mixed audio cd with Ashfaqul Bari Rumon ( the best solo artist & lyricist, B & H Star Search'02 ) the track called Maa .
As a drummer and percussion player he has played in albums Paper by Moon and Ektaarey Bangla Beatz (Mixed artist) ( Ó Ektaar Music 2006)
As a drummer and percussion player he has played on many of the forthcoming Ektaar albums of artists such as Shahjahan Munshi, Kangalini Sufia Boyati, Leemon and Abir. These albums are yet to be released.
